escape from watching tv at home and do something out of the ordinary tommorow!
During the day
Take your partner:
- out for a picnic! Whether at Hyde park with home-packed sandwiches and fruit, or at bicentennial park with some bbq meat and cheap wine. Or even at a local special spot!
- to the zoo, or an amusement park
- sightseeing! take them to a place with a nice view. If in sydney, I recommend La Perouse beach, The Rocks or Blue mountains.. Makes a great mini road trip too. A drive up to Woolongong or newcastle for lunch would be nice!
- Fly a kite together, or start a project (such as a painting)
- Take a trip down to the markets
- check up what's on in your city for more ideas.. Events such as The easter show or the Biennale come up time to time..
During the night
- Make a reservation for dinner at a nice restaurant
- Or cook a meal together, set up a little candlelight table in your backyard
- Take a picnic mat and go stargazing
- cuddle up to your favourite soppy movie with some icecream
- Walk the harbour bridge from the rocks towards lunapark.. theres a little seat right in the centre of the bridge.. *wink*.. Lunapark's gate is always open so amuse yourselves with the distorted mirrors by the entrance
